Word Tumble
Dreamtender is a publication which comes with audio from the author, Maija reading the texts in her own voice.
I am a jumble. Attention shifts
Forms morph, Stressed interruptions
Intentions akimbo
A lot on my plate? Nay, shifting plates
Like slides moving in and out
Digestible in quiet mouthfuls
Broken down slowly after a myriad of shifting blinks
Generation and synthesis are not the same as expression and communication
Some processes can’t take up the same space. Don't. Won’t.
It's a fancy to expect
Everything to happen all at once.
Everything is on the plate all at once
But you can't see it or engage with it as one
And so we live moment-to-moment in time
Jumbled, then flowing.
That’s two more states that exist consecutively,
Not in the same place.
Consciousness holds them all out of vision never losing connections
Mind follows the lines in an attempt to see
World views
Drawn perceptions
